A licensed physician determines clinical appropriateness and identifies the diagnostics, records and consultations that a responsible decision requires.
Stage 03: Individualized Plan
Eligible individuals receive a coordinated plan covering medical care, logistics, preparation and follow-through — built around one person, not a template.
Stage 04: Continued Oversight
Meridian coordinates follow-up, monitoring and appropriate connections to ongoing longevity care, so progress is supported over time.
