Three levels of private coordination. Each is a recurring concierge fee — not a therapy, not a membership catalog of treatments, and not a promise of candidacy.
$100/ month
Portal access to write the concierge team, the approved education library, Ask Kai for logistics, and upload requested records and labs. Includes a monthly coordinator check-in. This is not a physician visit and is not treatment.
$250/ month
Everything in Coordination check-in, plus priority scheduling of the introductory call, required-document tracking, and post-visit follow-up check-ins. A physician evaluation happens only when clinically appropriate.
$500/ month
Everything in Active coordination, plus a named coordinator, higher-touch next-step management, and white-glove scheduling and travel logistics when appropriate. This is not payment for treatment and does not establish candidacy.

These are recurring concierge coordination fees. They are not payment for treatment, do not establish candidacy, and do not replace a physician-directed evaluation. Services are offered only when clinically appropriate and where legally available. Individual results vary.
Payment does not secure treatment or establish candidacy. Eligibility for any service is determined only through individualized evaluation by an appropriately licensed professional.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Meridian Concierge does not store card or bank account details.
